General Policy

Malino Hills Resort & Café applies the following policies to ensure a comfortable, safe, and orderly experience for all guests and visitors throughout the property.

1. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time is strictly 14:00 WITA.
  • Check-out time is strictly 12:00 WITA.
  • Late check-out without prior approval will incur a charge of Rp100.000 per hour.

2. Reservation & Deposit

  • A refundable security deposit of Rp100.000 is required upon check-in.
  • Any reservation exceeding the listed number of guests will incur an additional charge of 50% of the room rate per extra guest.
  • Down payments are non-refundable in the event of cancellations or no-shows.

3. Children Policy

  • Each unit allows 1 child under 8 years of age free of charge.
  • Additional children will be counted as extra guests and charged accordingly.

4. Prohibited Actions

Guests are strictly prohibited from:

  • Bringing in individuals not listed in the booking or staying beyond approved capacity.
  • Bringing weapons, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, or flammable chemicals.
  • Bringing pets onto the property.
  • Consuming heavy outside meals within the premises.
  • Smoking inside rooms or villas.
  • Cooking inside rooms, except for Villa Tulip & Villa Sakura which has designated cooking facilities.
  • Eating or drinking on the bed.
  • Removing, misusing, or damaging any resort facilities.
  • Dismantling or rearranging beds and furniture.
  • Disposing of sanitary products or any waste materials into toilet bowls.
  • Disturbing other guests' peace and comfort.

5. Facility Usage & Accountability

  • Any damage or loss of property resulting from guest negligence will be charged at check-out.
  • All keys must be returned at check-out; lost keys may incur replacement fees.
  • Guests are responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly in the playground and swimming pool areas.
  • Cleanliness and proper use of facilities are mandatory for all guests.

6. Enforcement & Penalties

  • Any breach of the above regulations may result in a penalty of at least Rp500.000 and/or additional charges as determined by the extent of the violation.
  • The resort reserves the right to refuse service, evict guests, or take further action in cases of serious misconduct or safety hazards.
