House Rules

• • Check-in is at 2:00 PM WITA and check-out is at 12:00 PM WITA.
• • A deposit of Rp100,000 is required upon check-in and will be returned at check-out.
• • It is prohibited to bring a partner who is not a legal spouse.
• • It is prohibited to bring sharp weapons, narcotics, alcoholic beverages, pets, or heavy meals from outside.
• • Smoking and cooking inside the room/villa are prohibited (except in Villa Tulip).
• • Do not dispose of trash or sanitary products in the toilet bowl.
• • Do not disturb other guests or damage any facilities.
• • Violations may result in fines starting from Rp500,000.
• • Guests are responsible for any loss or damage.
• • Keys/cards must be returned upon check-out.
• • Children must be supervised while playing or swimming.

Policy & Privacy

• • We collect data such as name, contact number, address, and identification during the reservation process.
• • The data is used for reservation, communication, and service purposes.
• • Data is securely stored and not shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.
• • Guests have the right to access, delete, or restrict the use of their personal data.
• • We do not use personal data for promotional purposes without explicit consent.

Terms & Conditions

• • All payments are non-refundable.
• • Rescheduling is allowed only once and must be done at least 7 days before the stay date.
• • Additional guests will be charged 50% of the per person rate.
• • Guests will be charged for any damage caused by negligence.
• • Malino Hills is not responsible for force majeure events such as natural disasters, pandemics, or major technical issues.
• • By making a reservation, guests are considered to have agreed to all rules, policies, and conditions.
